No RCTs on humans support any of the above cited compounds as causing cancer in humans. In any case they are far more pervasive in cooked plant products, whether it is stir-fry veggies or toasted bread. 99% of food carcinogens originate from plants.
In my case, I eat whole cuts with a sear on the outside, so 98% raw beef. A few days a week I just eat straight up raw, after rinsing with vinegar and water. This is for variety, convenience and added nutrition as a bonus. Also raw dairy, but that is another topic.

I've been eating raw eggs and meat long before Liver Queen even had heard of such things. My ancestors have eaten this way for over 2.6 million years but I am a human and not a bonobo so YMMV :).
My stomach pH like all healthy carnivores is 1.0-1.3 and I have absolutely flawless digestion. I can eat half a steak and go for a 10-mile run an hour or two later. But keep munching the rabbit, rat and squirrel food and tell yourself that your miserable depression and lack of humor is someone else's fault lol.

I thought that the brain of our species made the great leap due to our ability to extract extra nutrients and calories from COOKED meat from harnessing the power of FIRE. Lions, sharks, and wombats eat raw meat. Large brained humans eat cooked meat.
Although you could also argue that our species made the intellectual leap by learning how to smash large bones to get at the marrow which provided important fat for evolving a bigger brain and that the cooking of meat came later.

The earliest humans such as Homo Habilis rarely if ever used fire, and humans ate primarily meat for at least a million years before controlling fire. In fact, overcooking meat denatures proteins/enzymes and greatly reduces nutrition and bioavailability.This led to scurvy for English sailors eating only tinned beef and biscuits. Raw meat eaters like the Inuit don't get scurvy despite having no access to fruit or plant foods most of the year and not cooking much for long stretches. There are very healthy individuals today that eat mostly meat and eat their meat only raw.
Fire is more useful for making some plant foods more bioavailable, at least for breaking down some harmful enzymes and cell walls. Beans and legumes can kill you if not cooked.To me, searing meat enhances flavor and of course kills surface pathogens FWIW.

I've seen videos of chimpanzees doing weird hypnotic dances around natural grassland fires as if trying to influence it. Like just a glimpse of the very beginnings of religion or controlling nature. So, I always assumed that harnessing fire was a very early development. But if the evidence does not support this, well then I'm wrong.
BTW I have a pet wombat and I feed it raw hotdogs and it is THRIVING. Deal with it.

Toss ground beast in there. Get it cooking. About 2/3 of the way there toss in a big splash of vermouth or other cooking wine. Let that cook off. Done.
I wonder if boiling the ground beef causes some of the potassium, creatine, or iron to leech out.

So, add like 500ml of water to a pot. Plop down a rectangle of ground beef into the water, like taking a dump. Then boil for a bit. And then add in vermouth and let that boil for a while?
