Yes. She is definitely the hardest worker in the NCAA. Cook and Valby are the future though, barely running 20 MPW but just running on joy and talent. They will be running 14:30 as pros in a year while Tuohy will still be winning NCAA meets.
Cook and Valby has a specific training and diet, Tuohy does not, Katelyn only runs 70(+)miles per week and eats like a normal person like the rest of the team, no specific intense cross training like valby and cook AND coach henes always says she's holding her back, taking it slowly ..
so what happens if katelyn tuohy decides to do what they do, have an "athlete" diet like cook and valby and also do intense cross training !?
ill be scared of what she can do if she ever trains and eats like a like valby and cook... but nope katelyn is trains and eats like a normal college runner, no specified cross and diet and still running fast and beating everyone
