Relax people. He's giving kids a chance to say they raced against/beat an Olympian. I think it's nice he stays engaged with the kids, when most runners seem to disappear into the ether after their retirement. I would say his intentions are pure, even if his videos are gimmicky and lame (hint: I don't think his content is really supposed to target adults either).
I hope you’re right and that’s what is happening here. But I’ve been consistently surprised at some of his s times.
He struggled to break 12 in the 100m
Struggled to break 5.0 in the 40 yard dash
He does manage to break 5 in the mile here with a 4:51. That’s pretty good.
