Fixing some games via compartmentalized ref crews and a handful of forced compliant high paid players is not out of the realm of possibility. Op is claiming the final portion of that game may have been forced due to huge potential financial losses is the Bills won +4. The league very well be pushing outcomes to help the book keepers with very few actors involved. Don't be naive.

The point spread is to balance the bets as much as possible to minimize the any losses compared to the vig. Why would a win by the Bills created a loss for the casino?

Who says he was losing the game. I would not blame Allen here. He was crying in the presser. If he had be told to do this, he likely did not want to. Allen is a top tier leader and fighter, best in the NFL. If this was a fix, it is likely not his fault other than being the one forced into it.

I wouldn't worry. A conspiracy of the magnitude you describe would require the involvement of so many people that it would be impossible to be kept secret for any length of time. So if it is happening as you describe, it will eventually come out.
