The Beer Mile is fun. What other distance races can we incorporate drugs and or alcohol?

Disney has a bunch of themed running events. I think the Disney Pixar Monsters 10K on LSD holds promise.

The faded 5k - contestants would consume high quantities of THC edibles and then attempt to race a 5k.

Bong Jump

Long jump on weed. Take a hit before each leap. The catch is that the officials draw ornate patterns in the sand pit to trip out the athletes.

I think a beer mile where you swap a joint for the first beer sounds pretty good. That would probably be my only hope of not puking lol. I couldn't even make it through my half of a beer mile relay last time I tried it. Projectile vomited Coors Light (yes, I know, not 5%) on the second lap. Sad!

As you make your approach, you look up and suddenly the bar height has 80 meters.

we used to have the nude 1/4 mile.

The Harpoon 5-Miler includes a beer brand name.

Beer5Mile.

Drink a beer, run a mile, x5. I've only ever done it on a loop road course. Involves more time to let the beer into your bloodstream. Distance event rather than mid-D.

The Mule Marathon.

Run a marathon with a bag of cocaine smuggled up your butt.

The bourbon backyard biathlon. Down a fifth of bourbon after every round of shooting. Last one standing who hasn't murdered anyone wins.

Can’t believe no one has mentioned this one. Honestly one of the most impressive performances I’ve ever seen, a half marathon at sub 8 min pace shotgunning a beer every mile. Just insane

Not exactly a race, but in college off-seasons (and during covid) my teammates and I would occasionally partake in what we called a "race against the clock." All we did was take an edible and go on our run and try to time getting back around the time the edible was hitting. Often would get high halfway through. Sometimes a good experience, but often I didn't enjoy running high.

For someone who loves them, it's crazy how you can't spell shrooms...

Maybe the bathsalt 5k or crack mile. See what you can do before muscle memory leads you back to the pipe.

There might be some that do but it's mostly beer centered. I used to hash regularly when living in Asia. A lot of fun. Rarely go to the hash in the US.
