Chess.com on the othe hand has said that Hans cheated more times on their platform than he's admitted. If they dont have some good data to back that up, they could lose a lawsuit. I'm pretty sure he won't get a hundred million from anyone.
Magnus actually DID say he cheated. Hans is making the right move on this lawsuit... although it could be argued that this whole thing raised his profile so that may actually be able to make MORE money.
