The course is fast. But she ran nearly a minute faster than Grace Forbes has ever ran on that course and she was 2nd in the ncaa 10k.
sub 19 on this course is very impressive.

When my team ran their 8K course back in the day everyone would PR by about a minute. The course is a joke.
