You can run the wrong way if you’re by yourself or the only group on the track and coordinating. Otherwise, it’s very much bad track etiquette. I’m a track coach, and if I saw that garbage, you’d be banned from our track.

It’s tit for tat, which posts like your very pathetic self righteous one deserves.

You're the A. Never run the wrong way on a public track. But at the very least, move out to lane 8 so you don't disturb anyone.
Is 'lane 8' a not-so-subtle request to get the heck out of the track? I have never seen a public 8 lane track in my life! The public track next to where I live has built-in timing sensors with bluetooth connectivity, but not the lanes beyond 5.
Here in Thailand every track has 8 lanes. I think I've only seen one track with fewer than 8, and that one is right nextdoor to an 8 lane track.
LR needs more web savvy.

But no one cares about your authority on this track, so stay in your tracks.
I always run clockwise to warm-up and cooldown but the rule at our track is you go into lanes 5-8.
8/10. An excellent troll post! The detail about setting your watch to lane 2 is 🤌
