The young women knew it was not acceptable but the gay guys (3 in particular) just did not care. Nowadays they would be prosecuted for sexual battery. Again no women just the gay guys. Like they have carte blanche on rubbing up against men.

Should I just pay an actress to show up at my work to pretend to be my girlfriend so she backs off? I would need an ugly actress for it to be believeable.
Next time this happens start dry-humping her....Should solve the problem.
OP, if for some reason you can’t ask this woman to stop, tell your boss/supervisor.
it is literally their job to address this, and if they don’t or you are fired etc they and the employer are definitely liable.
Your post suggests that you are very confused about sexual harassment. Just because someone has a partner or the receiver isn’t beautiful doesn’t mean it’s “not sexual.” This actually represents a lot of harassment, eg Clinton.

As a male I've always liked it when a female feels comfortable enough to touch me, hugs, a hand on the arm or shoulder. A major part of being a human is touching other humans in a non-threatening manner. With the caveat that the person touching you is not a stranger.
I will agree with you that no matter who it was, I'd not feel too fondly about someone mussing up my hair. That's my bridge too far.

Make a note of the conversation somewhere. If the person persists, you can go to HR.
If you weren't making this up, it may be possible she's into you. Looks don't matter too much to some women and they (insecure ones) actually don't like their partners being higher up on a scale of attractiveness. Or she's into some weird stuff and gets off doing it with ugly guys.
She knows you enjoy it deep down, but are too awkward to say anything about it. Enjoy it, and you should even cut a little off of your paycheck and give it to her for being so caring and observant.

Act like you find it a little sexual and joke around like "hey, you've got 20 minutes to stop that". If she wasn't trying to do anything then she'll realize how it seems and stop. If she is interested, then that and your bon3r should seal the deal.
