Unless he’s the next Ovett, those extreme fast-twitch muscles of his will hinder him in the mile. I would be surprised if after 2 months of specific training, he could manage 4:05.
"Extreme fast twitch muscles" reach exhaustion after 1-3 contractions. Fast twitch muscles are what you use when you're throwing the shot or doing the high jump, not when you're running the 800m.
