For someone who wants to run 3:37 eventually, which would require 1:48 800m shape, he needs to get on the harder speed endurance/speed stuff ASAP. The recent 800m workout is a good step, but he's still not touching the faster stuff enough. The 200s he did in 27/26/25 are an example of what he needs to be doing more of.
