Exactly. A lot of these predators wait until a student turns the age of consent, then act. But little do they know, many states have made it illegal still, if they're a student of theirs, regardless of age. Then boom, sex offender charge for them.

Cheating on a spouse, regardless of the gender of people involved, isn't ok. Regardless of the age of consent in PA, this is sexual abuse by someone in a position of power. So again, not ok.
And finally, if someone tells says they're an "alpha," it's safe to assume they're not. I'm assuming you're young with a long life ahead of you.
