Look up Stephan Fernholm. Fastest big man ever. Died young though, believed to have been related to steriod abuse.
Fernholm was believed to be the World's Fastest "Big Man." At 6 ft 1 in, 270 lb, Fernholm ran the 40 yard dash in 4.25 seconds. He could squat 820lbs!

Brian Oldfield was even larger - 6'5" and 280 and ran the 40 yard in 4.3 and the 100 meters in 10.5.

I kind of believe the 10.5 meters but not really the 4.3.

No way he ran 4.3 - he has pretty good top speed but pretty slow out of the blocks.
