Anyone else notice after that unreal effort by both runners one was laying down on the track while the other was still jogging giving hi fives to the crowd???
Joe has peaked. Joe is a very good runner but he will be turning 26 in November. His improvements now will be very hard to come by. Joe has peaked. At least on the track.

He got two injuries in this build which kind of derailed it, was supposed to race Milrose recently
Such will be his mantra from here on out. He’s in the injury cycle. Ritz as his coach does not help that. Could still retire tomorrow and be an Olympian, however.
I would have faith in Joe regardless of who his coach is. He has been successful at every level, continuously getting better. Eventually the improvement will stop (on the track), probably in the next couple years, but then he'll be a monster in the marathon for a handful or more years after that.
