It's true. Fortunately I was able to read part of the article about a week ago (it's not what you you know, but who you know).

This article is going to be fantastic and really blow the lid of the scandal. The writer really did his job and there is a ton of information that hasn't even been addressed in this thread. I can't wait for it to come out. It's like waiting for Christmas when you were a kid.

I, for one, find it highly likely that a writer for a national magazine that has nothing to do with running would peruse LR often enough to respond to posts in a timely manner. Nothing strange there at all.

Hmmm... Maybe because both ScottH and the writer (whose name was mentioned pages ago but may have been deleted) are intelligent people.

I have no doubts the article is coming out.

The sad thing is:

Dr. Litton and his family may be having trouble sleeping at night because of it.

It's coming. Kip knows it's coming too. Whether that's affecting the trolling on these boards I don't have a clue

One of the things about Kip and one of the main reasons it's hard not to think he's a dbag, he won't offer up any explanation for anything he's done. He's lied about it and seems to have made every effort to hide. And it's precisely this that's made this topic take off. This thread (and the whole KL issue) would've been done with over a year ago and many thread pages ago if he would only talk. But because he continues to be kind of a dbag about it, to some extent it's like he's probably getting what he deserves. On the other hand you gotta show some sympathy at some level because he is a human who probably has some problems and d-bags are human and we don't want to ruin the guys life.

Thanks, but it's not me. I've learned that 'For once, the truth' & I think alike on a variety of issues. I admire his work and aspire to his level of thoroughness. He said the story will appear in June - it will.

Personally, I'm currently dealing w/a far more serious matter than a story on Kip Litton. His name & a story are a blip on my screen. Loss of a parent will put things in perspective.

Thanks again to those here on LR that produced so much damning evidence about Kip's cheating. It's been, truly, a public forum marvel!

This massive thread is nothing more that the Brojos way of deflecting attention away from their buddy Dane Rauschenberg.

Kip hasn't cheated in a year, and this thread stays up. Dane got caught cheating in his stunt running a month ago and those threads magically disappear.

Here's an example. Yesterday they yanked a thread which mildly stated that Dane was hilarious for not knowing the distance of the modern marathon. There was a link that showed Dane's book title incorrectly listed the marathon as 138,336 feet.

Bottom line is Kip hasn't puckered up to the Brojos like Dane has. The boring Kip thread stays up. Dane's flaming cheater threads get yanked.

I've decided not to run until the article on Kip comes out. How many pounds do you think I'll gain if I usually gain a pound an a half a week during breaks?
