When someone runs as aggressively as Dr. Litton sometimes they need to use the Galloway method. His aggressive style is also why some runners pass him back in the last couple miles of a marathon. I don't even know why I respond to people as classless as you slanderous goons.

I shouldn't have even responded to that picture. That picture doesn't prove anything; it's not even clear that Dr. Litton is walking. All it shows is Dr. Litton wearing a long sleeve shirt and anyone with any critical thinking skill would know that Dr. Litton wears a long sleeve shirt until late in the race because he wants to make sure the weather doesn't get cold on him. Like how elites like Hall and Meb wear arm-warmers and caps the first several miles.

Very telling to say that you shouldn't have responded JOKR, the real reason I suspect is that you realise how lame any excuses sound, if he had clocked a 3:59 then that reasoning (while not explaining why the number was hidden and the furtive manner and style of dress) wouldn't have sounded like such bull.
