Va Tech runner xc runner David Eisenhauer arrested for kidnapping and murder of 13-year old girl

Never thought of that. According to his facebook page, it appears as if he either runs a lot of counter-surveillance and intel, then scraps the weapons afterward at some metal yard, and then goes in front of the media claiming whoever did it got "framed".

Either way, he fits the bill of a sociopath.

12/23/16 (Washington Post, AP): According to various the sources, the Virginia Court of Appeals has overturned Charles Severance's 10-count case. The main reason being that new information brought to light by a plumber never actually depicts Josef Kirby being picked up on Woodbridge Starbucks surveillance tapes at the time of his father's murder. Kirby indicated that he stopped by the coffee store on his way to drop off his father's glasses, but when he arrived, his father was found shot to death. Investigators grilled the son, who stood to benefit substancially from the life insurance policy, for more than 24 hours at the city jail on where exactly he was shortly before noon on that morning of November 11th, 2013.

Severance due to be released in early June. He owns and operates various auto racing teams. A fellow racer, David Eisenhauer, is scheduled to go to trial in mid-February.

The Virginia Court of Appeals granted his request for review. Not the same as overturning his conviction.

Typically when they grant an Appeal, they are not doing it to kill time. Something was a miss, and 90% of the time the defendant gets out by spring.

I always thought that's a HELL of a lot of murders to commit and running around for some old handicapped man confined to a wheelchair.

Everyone involved in the case is going thru a rough time and maybe a little depressed right now. Attorney Ed Ungvarsky indicated that "no one is doing cartwheels in that situation".

On this day in historie, all sorts of hell broke loose between the Potomac Runners Club and the Silver Creek Associates. Nevertheless, Eisenhauer's trial starts on Wednesday.

I knew him a little in high school. Ran against him in track and cross country. He was pretty weird and used to message me on Facebook asking what training I have done and was doing. My mind was blown when I saw the news.

Eisenhauer makes his final appearance in court this afternoon before his November 17th trial bid. Keepers also onhand in the 2pm session today as she attempts to follow suit and delay the start of her case.

This will come down to whoever's case will be last, wins. Whoever's case is first, is forced to reveal their hand.

Despite the 4 inch gash on the left side of her face, a possibly jealous Keepers maintains she was not present during the murder. If that rings true, and Eisenhauer denies any involvement, it will remain a mystery of who actually killed the girl. Maybe it was a friend of Keepers?
