Brosnan is rich and can travel at will to attend meets if he wishes. Money is not his problem. What he has a hard time doing is finding world class athletes who want a coach who makes everything more about him then them. Or a sponsor willing to fund a team with him as coach and front man.

I was just pointing out he’s most likely going to the Diamond League finals. You can be the best coach in the world and pro groups don’t just happen. Although I don’t think finding athletes is an issue if this is even what Brosnan is planning or wants to do. “Making everything about him” is an excuse. Diljeet gets the same criticism and both are just untrue.
I wish I was watching the Diamond League live tonight
It’s comical how all you distance nerds idolize and place a guy like this on a pedestal. So much so that you actually have the energy to track where he is and share it with a group in a chat. You treat the guy like a celebrity who literally nobody outside the very small track world knows (most people in the track world probably don’t even know who he is). Y’all desperately need to get some hobbies.
there's literally nothing interesting to read about that race.
There was a pair of twins and another pair of brothers in that top 4 that swept.
There's not even a release date yet. There's a strong chance he hasn't even started writing the book yet.
Uh huh, and the #2 team in California that year was Great Oak (took 7th at nationals), and guess what, they had 2 pairs of brothers on varsity too! The Smith and Cortes brothers!

You're right, the 2021 Great Oak team did have 2 sets of brothers.
a) the Cortez and Smith brothers are not the Young and Sahlman brothers
b) Brosnan never did it without the Youngs and Sahlmans, Great Oak did it a bunch of times with a bunch of teams, some that had brothers and others that didn't.
Brosnan can never say he succeeded at any level when the Youngs and Sahlmans weren't there. He rode them to the small sliver of fame he enjoys today. Without those brothers he would be completely irrelevant.
Other than Nico being an Olympian, the jury is still out on his younger siblings and the Sahlmans. Most of the other Newbury Park athletes have faded into obscurity or have had very middling college careers. Did Brosnan peak those guys at age 17?
