Are you kidding me? The variety of drugs is huge, as are the doses.
New organ transplant patients do receive heavy doses of Prednisone and that can cause the "round face" the victim had. Her dose may have remained high for a variety of reasons.
I've been taking drugs for 19 years now. I'm 6'3, 165, and I'm betting my body composition is vastly superior to yours, not to mention my PRs.
