Big PR for Rachel Mcarthur to qualify for the final. Perhaps a sign that Cooper Teare is ready to throw down in the 5k?

Mackay is throwing down!
idk I thought that was a bizarre run from her. Good finish but she was all over the place.
Damn, they cut to the long jump just as MacLean was walking toward Mackay. Curious if there was a polite congratulations or just walked right past.
Jones barely survives to make the final.
very happy for MacArthur. she's come a long way.
Mackay and Maclean don't even acknowledge each other at the end of the race. Shake everyone else's hands but not each other. Some serious beef there.

That was an incredibly weak first heat in that Women's 1500 - easy set up for Hiltz.
The entire field of US womens 1500 just feels empty with ESP.
Is Rachel McArthur a better running than Cooper Teare?
When McKay swung out to lane two with 650m left, I was like yeah she's gonna win this heat. She's awesome.
Cool to see Rachel McArthur make the final after leading early and getting cut off by Dani Jones

I just noticed that Mackay and MacLean are side by side in the third heat of the 1500m. :)
Didn’t acknowledge each other before or after the race
I hope someone asks Mackay and MacLean about what happened to make them leave NBB
MacKay looks very strong. She moved around alot in the early stages and still closed well.
Jones was the second to last qualifier for the final last year and the last qualifier this year.
oh no, time for the most boring part of the meet
Bring in the s hitt y NBC "Voice" for the 10K - BRUTAL
As much as I hate PPV I love continuous coverage with no commercials and much better commentators than NBC/Peacock.

I just wish they would put the field events on separate feeds. I want to watch the 10k in its entirety, not broken up by field events that I don't care much about.
Got to put them speed goggles on my brother!
