According to the Analysis of a Moroccan Professor expert in International relations:
1. There are 3 countries that have interest of the current conflict in Ghaza:
Iran, Israel and USA
2. Its Iran that triggered Hamas attacks by supplying them with weapons and missiles. Because Iran didn't see with good eyes the transaction Normalisation Israel-Saudi Arabia which had a key output nuclear armement of Saudi Arabia approved by USA. Then later they turned their back to them leaving them alone.
3. Israel is an Enterprise of USA and that country is the way for them to test authority and power in the world.
It's always seemed clear that Iran has helped Hamas. I am curious to what extend they helped them plan for this attack. And how about Bibi allowing funds to flow from Qatar to Hamas in 2018? Surely he didn't want or think Hamas would someday be able to do what they did, but how insane is it to bolster an enemy that openly says they want to wipe your country out? I know the policy was to keep the Palestinian people divided so they could never push for their own state, but that was some reckless playing with fire.
Israel wasn't always a US puppet, but agree they have been since the 1960s. But I do think with Bibi they came off the leash big time and we have not been attentive to the risks. It looks like we still aren't.
