does anyone know anyone in the race? What did they think of the field size? Arcadia's 3200 used to only take around 30 runners. This race had 38??
Yeah.. sure, 38 is fine if the race goes out at 4:15, but it did not. It went out at 4:23, which is too slow and tactical for 38 of the best runners.
I am curious to get someone's race opinion on this.
Edit: I hope they go back to 30-32 runners next year.
