It's possible the lead men pass the women!!! Men run 2:05, women run 2:30, they finish at the same time, right?
I hope they finish within 2 mnutes of each other to get the NYRR to start the elite men first in 2024 like they should!!!

There just is no commentary about what is happening each mile. The announcers seem to be magically surprised that the enitre women's field is together but there are only 2 men there but they somehow refuse to talk about pace.
