She will comfortably win the 1,500 in 406 and 5,000 in 1522.
I might be completely underestimating the heat but I think the 5k will be won in under 15:20.
I will take the "over" on that - someone else said 15:30 and I would be around there. 80 F and humid won't be that much fun and most of the top runners are doubling in some manner

I posted this in the other thread but Valby won SEC in similar heat, running 15:25. 86°, 71% humidity
Setting aside Tuohy for a minute, how do the figure Appleton ahead of the rest of the field? I think she is really strong, and has closed very fast 800m at ACCs. But she is up and down. Howell has won every heat and PRd in the 800m this season, and they don't even have Plourde listed as top 10 in the 1500m. I'm not saying she can't win but I don't think I wouldn't put her ahead of Plourde for example.
In the 5k, did they forget that Plourde is doubling too? Maybe they are using the NCAA PRs and not Tuohy's 15:03.
H'm. Didn't Tuohy just beat Appelton at regionals? Form chart mystery.
Maybe they talked to Appleton's coach and she was having a bad day or something. But, Tuohy has beaten Appleton every time they have raced including 2 dmrs so it is a little strange.
They know that it will be a bit tactical and Tuohy doesn't have the best kick. This event is now lackluster anyway when lower divisions have faster runners. It is like watching your state high school meet and seeing the best runner in the smallest class Hard to get excited about the large class.
Actually Tuohy's mile record equated to 4:01.99 in the 1500 in the World Athletics point system. And Wiley lost to Pourde a few weeks ago before her disgraced coaches pulled their usual garbage. Anyway if you want to follow that embarrassing HU saga, enjoy.
A point system is not a conversion. Do you really not understand this? The mile is run infrequently as compared to the 1500 so there are very few data points. The conversion puts her at 4:04. Imagine had she run 4:01 1500 and her mile PR was 4:30 and I told you that her 1500 converted only to a 4:24? You would have lost your mind. That's 23 seconds for 109 meters.
Nobody wants to follow the former coaching staff. We want to celebrate the next great American. You are the one who follows and constantly brings up the former coaches. Move on. Please. Stop trying to ruin this fine young runner.
You are trolling but again, feel free to wallow in the mire that is the shameful HU scandal as those nitwits try to emulate Shelby Houlihan while fooling no one. Bye.

You seem to have difficulty understanding he did not say converted. He said it was equivilent UNDER THE WA POINT SYSTEM. That is all, and is factually correct. There are plenty of Wiley threads for you to celebrate her performances in.

Please quit saying that her time equates to a 4:05. You never ran track if you thikyou think it is true. You can worship at the KT altar but lie about stuff.
