Including those war crime trophy vids and photos on IG and Tic Toc-- you know, the ones posted by IDF soldiers for laughs back home?
But, yeah, I know. Hamas/Oct 7 forever and ever.
You compare Tic Toc jokes to rape and murder !?
IDF soldiers don't do war crimes. You are confusing with the russians in Bucha massacre, those are war crimes.
Don't know if you read the news, but Israelis soldiers quite proudly and unapologetically do "rape and murder" along with the vile tic tok vids celebrating their looting and other crimes. And it was a while back now-- like 3 weeks!-- but I dimly recall an actual Knesset debate wherein the subject was the legitimacy of raping captive Palestinians. It was inconclusive.
Most societies view war as, at best, an occasional, grim necessity, prosecuted with clear, realistic objectives, using proportionate force, and according to established international laws and norms. Only the most depraved ones relish the violence for its own sake. A tiny few actually publicly celebrate and revel in it. Israel is alone among so-called modern, developed societies in doing this.
Ordinary American soldiers have done hard jail time for what Israeli soldiers have publicly celebrated and laughed about. None has even been charged, let alone faced the prospect of prison time. They promise "investigations" that never happen. This is NOT normal and can in no way be justified as retribution for a single terrorist attack on Oct 7, no mater how heinous-- particularly when Israel has SO many other options in law for pursuing the perpetrators of this assault.

Nobody said you can rape Palestinians. One prisoner complained about rape, the soldiars were arrested. There was an investigation, there's a trial.
Looting, what looting? this isn't russia, we don't take washing machines.
Eliminating enemy combatants isn't terror. Terror is against civilians, like Hezbollah launching rockets killing 12 kids.
The CIA funded the AFME anti israel lobby.
Some names: Scott Ritter, Larry C. Johnson, Michael Scheuer...do your own research.
Some research. Links? And none of these men were CIA directors.
But now you're getting it! Deliberately or knowingly harming civilians without a proportionate military objective is a war crime, possibly involving the intent to terrorize. One's stated objective, whether it be "raising the costs of the occupation" or "eliminating Hamas", cannot change this basic fact, You can commit war crimes and terrorism in an otherwise just cause (not to say that Israel's is-- it is not).
Say it with me: Hamas, Hezbollah and the state of Israel have all engaged in war crimes, including the use of terror against civilians.

"without a proportionate military objective"
The objective was eliminating enemy combatants and communication, so not a war crime.
Leon Panetta is anti Israeli and the CIA funded anti Israel groups so the all organization was anti Israeli.
Stop making stuff up, show me a case of Israel acting against civilians.
What? How about tens of thousands of kids killed in Gaza the past 11.5 months. Unaware of that?
What about the hundreds of thousands of kids killed by other Muslims in Syria, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, and various Islamist groups across Africa? The fact is, if you are a civilian in the Muslim world, there are greater threats to your safety than Israel. You are only in danger from Israel when you have cowardly terrorists hiding among you, and even then, Israel takes every precaution to prevent civilian deaths...unlike regimes like Saudi Arabia that bomb weddings, funerals, etc with no military targets present at all. Or Russia who targets children's hospitals in Ukraine despite the fact that Ukraine doesn't hide their military assets there. Your fake, manufactured outrage is because you hate Western civilization and prefer bloodthirsty tyrants and barbaric terrorists. Also because you are a paid Russian asset. Keep losing...all of your typing won't change that.
