Add this one to the "insurance policy [against Trump]" and "We're running this, not the White House [despite what they say]", and you have a pretty clear case of conspiring against the Trump campaign.
During IG Horowitz' testimony, he made it clear that "he cannot say with confidence that there wasn't bias in several individual's decision making". He also let it be known that there are several more ongoing investigations into FBI agents' bias. The great fake outrage immigration crisis of 2018 was the other news of the month. It, of course, had been going on for years prior, but you know, "Trump!" The whole thing started out with an image of some kids in cages. The image was from 2014. Just to cut to the point here, here's what Clinton, Johnson, and the Obama administration had said regarding illegal immigration and the children, just a few years prior:
