It's worked every time before so why not try it again. This time they screwed up and showed a little too much of their depravity and Israel isn't going to quit until Hamas is annihilated.

If you don't want thugs to hijack your government maybe don't vote for thugs in the first place.
You must really hate them to keep trying to dehumanize them like this. Putting the fact that a minority voted Hamas into power aside, the fact that the kids that are getting blown up didn't vote for Hamas completely destroys you argument.

And even if they kill off every single member of Hamas, they’re still going to have an entirely new generation of Palestinians that oppose Israel, whether they call themselves Hamas or something else.
