I'm not him or Cole for that matter but don't expect anyone to believe that. But majority of the things I posted were saying what went down at Grand view which no one believed for some reason. If you still don't believe and just think I was trolling take a look at how grand view has been doing.

Having that put out there makes both sides look less professional.
It still doesn’t address anything else I said either, and it’s odd you so often defend/talk about former Grand View runners, bad talk your former coaches, and defend St. Francis then not speak outside of that.
This is at the very least someone who went to Grand View and I doubt most former Grand View runners would be posting about Sam Mickelson having tensions with Mike Reif.
Both Grand View and St. Francis are (or at least were) respectable programs, so I’d assume they prefer for you to stop making a fool of yourself on here while representing them.

The former coaches are very open about not getting along with and leaving GV because of the head coach. There was a post deleted last fall by an account called former grand view coach and everyone thought it was a troll which is understandable. But that was actually him and everything he said was true. As for Sam Mike and Cole ik them all and ik they don't care about the dumb stuff I'm saying about them go talk to them and you'll know that they don't take themselves that serious. Also when have I ever defended or hyped up st Francis outside of Mike and Sam I don't know anyone else on the team.
Cumberlands has updated its roster and added another Indian and another one without a picture. The quality and power is impressive, but so far they have not achieved anything without competition, so Milligan and St.Mary are the favorites right now.

I think the Instagram page has done some great things with the content on there. Hope he continues to post rankings/insight throughout the fall. The rankings are relatively accurate too for preseason. I also made a ranking/tier list for guys & girls (Posting girls soon) for preseason as well. Obviously things will change as races get going. But here is my Top 30 going into the year for the Guys. Oklahoma City is the most tricky to figure out, can't wait to see how they race on grass after a very good track season. The Top 7 teams are all ridiculously loaded.

This is the Girls one. I would be surprised if someone not in Tier 1 is on the podium this fall. Not because 6th isn't bad, I have Montreat at 6th as they have a very good team if they can put it all together. These 5 teams are just ridiculously good at the top. There is going to be an elite team on the girls side who doesn't end up on the podium this year.
