I have the feeling that astro is fighting an online battle with a half dozen people located in Indiana with multiple user names. Those same people are also reporting nearly every post that is critical of Wiley, the Johnsons, or Huntington U. What I do find strange is that astro can post multiple times throughout any Wiley threads but anyone else offering less than enthusiastic support for Wiley is quickly deleted.
Just a reminder that Addy Wiley is in Europe running fast against the best in the world, raising money for cancer research, giving great interviews, testing clean repeatedly . ..
How could you posssibly know? You have her OoC testing schedule here in Europe?
If she goes sub 4 on Friday, I predict astro to have a stroke. Here's hoping!
I think sub-4 is highly likely with a 1:57.
She is 7th fastest 800-meter lady this year. The 7th fastest 1500 meter time would put her at 3:57:09 with Laura Muir. Not sure if she is a better 800 meter lady or 1500.

The number of posts that have gotten deleted in this thread is amazing. Even posts as simple as saying something 100% accurate like that Wiley can't run in the Pre Classic because she doesn't have enough Diamond League points get deleted. Something very strange is going behind the scenes.

Yes to this! Not that I completely align w/ Astro’s takes, but when it came out that AW was going to HU, and people started asking questions on the message board, it was so bizarre. The boards kept getting completely spammed by supporters of the Johnsons and HU. And there were so many posts implicating local northeast IN high school and college coaches for acting inappropriately. Along with runners from Huntington North High School and HU. It would be hidden in the username, or certain letters would be capitalized to make the connection. It was the weirdest thing.
Doping is cheating other athletes. And if you dope in high school and college, that is just sad.
As someone put it, there is a doping avenue to success in this sport. That is the overriding reality. But it is a toxic reality. It is like what happened on baseball. First one player takes steroids, then virtually every player did.
I already said we are in the triple down stage and this train wont stop until it runs off the rails. Doping makes you fast. Not exactly big news. But cheating is cheating. Would it be ok that a doper breaks Simpson's college record, even unofficially? That would be a complete travesty.

I still suspect that astro might be rojo, becaise nothing ever happens. S/he never gets banned for violating the forum guidelines.

I had something "auto-deleted" with the reason that multiple people reported it. So I think they've given up on monitoring these threads and are like "well if two people report it, it's probably bad and we should auto-delete". I'm not 100% sure though.

I agree
I made a post yesterday that congratulated Wiley. I also mentioned that fair or not, questions will be there as long as she stays in her current situation and the questions are legitimate. My post was deleted.
I posted nothing nefarious at all. Just a straightforward and factual post with a congratulations and no accusations.
The more these types of posts get reported and deleted, the worse it looks.

Astro was warned in another trash-Wiley thread to stop with the Wiley bashing or he/she would be banned if they kept it up. They told Astro that we all knows how she/he feels about Wiley to just stop it or he/she would be banned. I am surprised that he has not been banned for this thread.
Did you see she is in the Brussels 15 in a couple of days? Get ready! lol
Wow, I didn't even look at that meet because it was Diamond League. Did not think she would get into it. I guess she's not racing Italy tomorrow. She is going to have her work cut out for her in this field but I am confident that Simpson's 3:59.90 is going down.
World rankings: Meshesha #3 Haylom #4 (rematch from World U20 last year) Muir #7 Mageean #9 Chepchirchir #10 Snowden #10 Hall #13 Hull #14 Courtney-Bryant #15 Guerrero #24 Perez #32 Wiley #47 Bobocea #55 Chepkirui #62 Vanderlest #66
Maybe because it has become so brazen and almost Houlihanesque that it now impossible to ignore. If said athlete is going to be this seemingly in everyone's face about it while running suspect times, it becomes impossible not to discuss.

Remember Laura has run 1:57.30 in a mixed race this summer.
