Georgetown had 3 runners right on the tail of Kemboi of Utah Valley who was 3rd at OSU last week. Very fast time - 19:33 and much faster than last year. Brynn Brown right behind the 3 Georgetown runners. Grace Forbes of Rice over 10 seconds back. It feels like a real top time today would have been close to 19:00. All these ladies could not have been in top 10 last week at OSU.

The Nuttycombe is going to be interesting merging most of the top teams from Cowboy Jamboree and Joe Piane and sprinkle in Georgetown, Oregon and a few more. But no OSU.

I will also say, I could not see and still do not see how NC State scores less than 50 points at the championship. With Chmiel today they would have been 35 and there will be a fair amount of dilution when OSU, CO, even NAU, AR are added so 60 would be great and I think closer to 70 realistic. I think there are a fair amount of runners around where their 3/4/5 will be.

EZ... 1,5,10,15,20 raw scores! Probably around 42 team score! If chmiel comes back strong and is top 10! Bush Seymour are tracking around 10... Starliper could get stronger! 1, 7, 10, 12, 18! I think chmiel is fine! Been back training since May, so who knows!

We will see - the Nuttycombe should tell more being a 6K, somewhat hilly, deeper field and a meet most take seriously.

Hertestein ran college XC in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022 so she probably would be eligible in 2023. Baran may be in the same boat.
