The MA6A movement led by President Trump reignited the unwavering patriotism in the collective consciousness of the American people throughout 2024.Weeks later, after the election, I felt a sense of optimism and excitement for the future in the air while walking around this Christmas season. People around me are smiling while spending their money again as consumer confidence rises again with the anticipation of the second Trump presidency.
The fundamentals of family, faith, and freedom are now back in America as we say goodbye to 2024.

Under President Biden, workers have both the highest real (infl-adj) hourly wage and lowest unemployment rate among the last 11 presidents. We've never had a better place on the "prosperity matrix."I just can't believe it. If they claimed "the US is doing better than other comparable countries" I'd have less of an issue with what they claimed. But they claim it's the best economy of all time. This morning in my paper I read an opinion piece (I'm 80% sure it was Washington Post), and it talked about how Americans would prefer higher unemployment to higher inflation, and it also claimed that price levels have 'only' risen 20% under Biden.
To me it feels like much more. My chipotle order is up over 50%. My Starbucks order is over 50% as well. Normal exercise 'food staples' for me (think clif bars, Red Bull, etc) are up a lot as well. Eggs are much more expensive. It pains me to see the price of skyr any time I put it into my cart. Bottled coffee is up a lot as well. I'm still angry every time I go the grocery store and realize how much I'm paying compared to 4-5 years ago.

first off, few Dem politicians say 'best economy ever' so that's a red herring. Not relevant. Sure, some do, but don't make that into the standard Dem view.
Second off, most elected Dems would say 'the US is doing better than our rich nation peers.' Which you would agree with and have less issue with. So we're probably good.
third off, your personal inability to keep up with inflation is your problem, since the nation has done so as a whole. Your one-off experience of feeling like you are falling behind is a sample of one. I feel for you.
Perhaps your use of an obscenity in your handle shows a personality fault that employers are picking up on and not promoting you because of.
Another reason is that you seem to buy a lot of expensive coffee and energy drinks. Stop that. Those aren't staples.
And buy Chipotle stock instead of their burritos! They clearly have pricing power. Stock is up 30% per year for five years! Thriving!

I think there is also something to be said about Taylor’s start in country music. She has Republican fans who have stayed with her since the beginning before she was political. I think she has a shot of converting some of those ppl. Olivia has been openly progressive since the beginning of her career (along with most other artists) so I don’t feel like she has as much influence?
