From The NY Times, the victim was holding a phone, and not a gun. The gun was removed from the victim before the ICE agents shot him mutiple times.
The victim was a US citizen with a valid firearms permit.
He was executed. He was unarmed at the time he was shot over and over again.

Other agents then pepper spray Mr. Pretti, who is holding a phone in one hand and nothing in the other. His concealed weapon is found only after he is restrained on the sidewalk, the videos show, and taken from him before the agents opened fire.
Federal officials posted an image of the gun they said Mr. Pretti was carrying, and initially blocked Minnesota law enforcement officers from the shooting scene. If leftists believe ICE agents are randomly killing people in the streets, then why are they out there risking their lives? Is protecting criminal illegal aliens really worth putting your life on the line? I really don't get the calculation here.

In the articles I am reading, they refer to illegals as "community members".

Leftists risk their lives protecting illegal criminals from being arrested and also celebrate when an American citizen is shot in the neck on a college campus giving a speech. Unbelievable.
Just saw a slowed down version of the murder documented from a bystander on the sidewalk closest to the shooting.
1. Agent in gray jacket reaches around the victim and takes the victim's weapon from its holster and starts to move away.
2. Agent that killed the victim draws his weapon. He has full view of his colleague that has disarmed the victim.
3. Agent fires into the victim, moves around the victim, and then shoots the victim 3-4 more times.
4. Other agents that were physically attempting to restrain the victim then back off while laying the incapacitated victim's body on the street. The shooter retreats to the middle of the street and proceeds to put five additional rounds into the victim's body.
I assume then you are a democrat and don't recognize federal law regarding immigration & just plain common sense not to bring a loaded weapon if you are simply "protesting".
Second amendment is quite clear that you can bring a weapon just to protest. It’s been done millions of times.
