Yes, the average black person has a lower IQ than someone white or Asian. Look at national merit or presidential scholars (people who were top 20 in their state on a single sitting of the SAT/PSAT) - it's very Asian and white, with a few African names and about 1% are (non African) black or Hispanic.

I didn't say the shooter was black. I assumed it was a white guy because the majority of mass shooters are white.

That's actually not true. While white males commit a very tiny majority (52%) of "public" mass shootings (i.e. seemingly random ones that make the news), that's less than their share of the male population. For all mass shootings (the 600+ per year number that the media harps on), most are black.

All topics related to intersectionality, feminism, system/structural racism, equity (i.e. reparations and differences in incarceration rates) are either rooted in or closely related to Critical Theory, and Critical Race Theory is Critical Theory as it applies to race. Critical theory is a philosophical framework, which supposes that societal institutions and structures are designed to keep some groups in power (i.e. straight white males) and oppress everybody else. Critical Theorists attempt to prove this idea by pointing out certain disparities between groups.
