Cook and Rowe most likely won’t even run prenats.

Probably will just run a tempo race at regionals.

Flotrack talked about Smith & prenats in the Nutty preview episode. Said that OK state is basically keeping the team home, practicing a lot on the course, focused on nationals, and holding runners out. They were talking about the men's team but probably applies to the women too.

I looked up their schedule and pretty much all their meets are on their home course, lol talk about having major major advantage, if they dont win, i would feel embarrassed for them, seriously with all that preparation, it would be embarrassing to have teams run it better, specially when all okstate do is run that same course memorizing every single thing almost every single day

No Marlee tomorrow but I have a feeling we’ll see Kelsey. like I said before, NC State’s depth will be tested this season.

heres my line up, the nc state scorers for nuttycombe if nc state wants to win:

tuohy, bush, chmiel, seymour, starliper - no ones beating this line up, even at nationals

but if its tuohy, bush, seymour, starliper, quarzo/howlett/shaw - its not a sure win.... because their 5th runner will finish behind and or just close to new mexico's 7th runner... katelyn, sam and sydney has to get inside top 5 to pull the number down

what coach henes is doing is not revealing her national line up ... actually very smart~ but i think they will end up losing to new mexico again if their 4th and 5th fks up again like last year

lasst year, NM 5 were all in top 30, NC STATE's 4th was 31st and 5th was 46th... so they lost even with kelsey and katelyn in the top 5

I hope we see Kelsey. Nuttycombe will be quite the rust buster!

Again, 19:17 course record for the win for Tuohy. Weather is supposed to be fantastic.

Tuffy is the name of my favorite dog. I mean that as no offense, its an endearing name to me. Trust is involved with that name. So I’m going to believe that you truly know that Starliper is not running.

On my overall list of predictions, I hereby change my Starliper spot, replacing Chmiel in that place.
