In all seriousness, is it possible that Putin has dementia and/or a terminal disease? In addition to many stating that his faculties are off and his behavior is erratic, several have observed that his face looks very puffy in the past few months. Steroids? Possibly to mask chemotherapy treatments? If he is undergoing chemo, that may also explain his extreme paranoia about COVID if immunosuppressed.
Whatever mental disease Putin has, Biden's is much worse / more advanced. Surely you know this. This is just a medical fact.

No question about it, Carlson is considered a Russian asset. When many Russian people are trying to figure out what is truth and what is fake Russian propaganda, seeing a popular American "journalist" spewing Russian propaganda might get them to believe it must be true.
Certainly he convinced numerous Americans.

At the risk of doing so, the answer is that I can tell the widely available video clips that I mentioned are of Russian TV news, because the people in the video are easily identifiable Russian TV news celebrities, on a news set, speaking in Russian, and displaying images and statements of Tucker Carlson (also an easily identifiable person). There's a whole slew of other indicia as to what the video clips are, but I feel like I'd be talking to a 5 year old if I had to list them.

Well, Tucker Carlson is the only Fox pundit who has outright stated that he supports Russia over Ukraine (he eventually walked it back after he realized how bad it sounded, but that doesn't really count for anything), but you can support Putin without explicitly endorsing his invasion. Rationalizing Russia's massacre of civilians, criticizing the United States' involvement in sanctions/providing assistance to Ukrainians, blaming NATO for Russia's massacre of civilians, peddling unfounded claims about Ukrainian bioweapons or deep ties to Nazis; these are all things that Putin would love to see from more American media outlets and the fact is that Fox News is obliging him to some extent.
For example, just look this rant from a Fox Nation talking head. She plays all the hits: Claims the news coming out of Ukraine is fake or untrustworthy, that the entire US response is being manipulated by the Deep State, that Ukraine's probably got bioweapons, that their military is full of Nazis and members of the occult. Nothing but lies on top of exaggerations on top of false equivalencies. I've pulled out a bunch of the highlights, but it goes on and on and on. Full video in the link below. You'll notice she doesn't utter a single word of concern about the Ukrainian people or say anything directly negative about Russia's actions:

The Russian stock market has tanked and their already impoverished economy will only get worse as international sanctions kick in. The members of Putin's cosmopolitan oligarch inner circle are nervous and are about to be individually targeted by western governments. There are massive anti-war protests near the Kremlin. The Ukrainian army/people are not going to go down without a fight and Russia will suffer many losses and this neat little invasion could quickly turn into an ongoing boondoggle. Russia's standing in the world has been set back decades. And for what? As if they needed even more barren, crappy land. Putin fancies himself a great leader, but really he's just an egomaniacal zealot who is setting his country on fire for no good reason. This is a bad day for the world but clearly the beginning of the collapse of Putin's regime. Wouldn't be surprised if he "trips" and falls out of a balcony in the near future.
