Kosgei ran 15:45 between 25-30k (2:14.02 Pace) she is picking it up 2:13? 2:12? Radcliffe's World Record is in trouble.

Vaporfly last percent shoe
Nobody has anything against wheel-chair racing; but, gee, there's 1,000s of runners for wheelers and we just missed a huge chunk of the runners' racing.
I wonder if the WR will have any challenges/protests because of her shoes? I'm kind of giggling seeing EVERYONE using the same shoes. So much for those that say they aren't performance enhancing and tech doping.

Soon she might be catching the men dying from the 2:10 pack. It'll be a good mental boost to reel them in.
Telemundo is showing the actual race

So proud of our 'professional' American sub-elites running 2:11. So brave.

I kind of wonder if other companies will just stop making racing flats. At this point, why would anyone want to buy any other shoe?
Emma Bates is 10 seconds up on Bruce at 30k. Could be sub 2:26, which would put her in the discussion for the Trials.
Debela now to the front of 5. Who he??? (2:09:26 last race, 1:03:28 HM best)
In response to the pushrim champion guy's repeated references to "god":
Let all the billions who profess faith in a god who answers their prayers ... let them all promise to never again go to a doctor or hospital - and pray instead. Time to stop being hypocrites.

They wear those shoes because they're sponsored by Nike. Even if they had no effect, Nike would probably force them to wear the shoes.

Because they’re poor.
