Seems that one of the companies indicted DIDN'T EXIST at the time. Doesn't stop unhinged Mueller though. Also funny, hires a Clinton lawyer to pursue it (no conflict there, eh?)

During the hearing, the judge asked the attorney representing Concord Management if he was also representing Concord Catering. The attorney for Concord Management explained that he is not because the indictment contains the ‘proverbial ham sandwich’,

The reason the Concord Management attorneys called the case a ‘proverbial ham sandwich’ was because one of the entities indicted by the Mueller team, Concord Catering, was not in existence at the time the crimes were alleged to have taken place.

Facts are an unfortunate misery, for some it seems.

Mueller is a tool. It's crumbling under his feet and in some ways he's wondering why he decided to take the shekels instead of staying out of it. Greed does strange things to people.

Now it seems like Independent Prosecutor Mueller was himself involved in illegal "Russian" contacts. Of course, it involves Hillary's Iran stance with Hussein also.

The FBI had three reasons for choosing Deripaska for a mission worthy of a spy novel. First, his aluminum empire had business in Iran. Second, the FBI wanted a foreigner to fund the operation because spending money in Iran might violate U.S. sanctions and other laws. Third, agents knew Deripaska had been banished since 2006 from the United States by State over reports he had ties to organized crime and other nefarious activities. He denies the allegations, and nothing was ever proven in court.

Now on to how this spoliates everything Mueller did.

Most importantly, it was the Terabytes data-dump of Russian-language non-translated social media that tipped the USA 2016 election.

Mueller’s team offered to give Concord Management’s lawyers a massive amount of social media data from those dangerous trolls who sought to influence the US election and the majority of it is in RUSSIAN.

I only read the first couple of posts on Page 1, but, regarding whatever transpired over the next 14, I just want to say I hold Salazar and Rupp totally responsible.

MSM/LibUSA danced the story on Page 1, but now that it's completely blown up in their face when Actual Facts have rolled in, they are not unexpectedly absent. They've already turned (many moon ago) to nodding around in their cherished circles about correct they were about "Russia", even w/o any checks. Truth is simply not their essence.
