Anyone know why the W200 DLR was so weak?

Half the field had PRs better than the DLR?

Kerron Clement for the win from out of nowhere! He's hot mess.

Can Jebet run fast again after that WR? She does need to win to get the Diamond Race over Kiyeng, that motivation should make this an awesome race between those two. And how much lower can Couburn get her PB and NR?

DLR was 21.93 by Schippers in Oslo this year. It don't think it was that weak.

Though it is true that half the field had, and still have, PRs better than the DLR.

Just read our preview. If Powell or Meite won, they won the DL title.

Unless it is an all out 24 second sprint, a first 200 around 30 seconds has very little effect on you in a 5K. If you look at a lot of fast 5ks, the first 200 is almost always abnormally fast, albeit, I would have expected Jager's 2nd 100 to be slower. One of the difficult things about rabbiting world class 5000s is having to practically sprint to get out in front because they start out so quick.

Kiyeng and Jebet talking to each other, I wonder if they will go for another fast time.

Bein has been good for the most part, but they just pulled an NBC and put an add 20 seconds into the steeple chase :(

Simpson was blocked by Hassan, not by Kipyegon. Rowbury did go over to block Muir at the finish but not clearly before it, so no dq.
