Willis calls out Rupp

It is a sport. It has fans. Fans like some athletes, schools, countries. Fan do not like all athletes, schools, countries. You need to understand this very basic concept about sports.

Bottom line is it is bad sportsmanship to drop out when you can finish a race. But leave the calling out to the lets run crowd and the media.

Try watching from 6:00. "I plan on meeting him in his event". How many times did Bailey go on to race Johnson in the 200?

How many times has Willis raced Bekele at 10,000? How many times has Rupp raced Makau in a marathon?

Rupp = no heart.

I wonder if Salazar would have quit so much if he had to face real competition back in his day? Because the only runner he has ever worked with long-term sure has a quitting spirit.

How many other elites have more DNFs than wins? Because remember, RUPP HAS NOT WON A SINGLE MAJOR INTERNATIONAL RACE IN HIS LIFE.

Why no wins? Because he doesn't know how to race. Why doesn't he know who to race? Because he DNFs when a race doesn't go according to plan.

I'm too old and cynical to have heroes (maybe one or two, but they certainly aren't athletes).

The poor Rupp-haters go with anything they can... "RUPP HAS NOT WON..." blah, blah, blah. I'd take an Olympic silver medal and no international wins any day of the week.

Again, if he DNFs when a race doesn't go according to plan, where are the Olympic and WC DNFs?
