Has anyone been successful to verify the website Seth allegedly ordered from? Based on the video of his email it says “legiostore.com” is where he ordered the EPO from. When I search it up it says no website found. Can anyone else confirm?
Does the email show the crypto address? that can be tracked onchain and at minimum prove a transaction happened at that time.

That’s an admission that the email was actually accessed as opposed to a fake email being made. So at least one email is real. That means this is not going away until the NCAA invokes 10.1 or Seth voluntarily takes a year off. The running community simply can’t tolerate it less it become Lance world 2.0. He’s still a young man and will be forgiven once he takes responsibility and sits out, but it is so messed up that adults around him enabled him to disgrace and embarrass himself like this.

Another thing about what his lawyer wrote is that it very carefully said:
“Seth Clevenger is not taking and has not taken drugs to enhance his running performance.”
That’s him more or less saying “he didn’t take drugs to become faster, but rather to recover from his hip surgery”.

False. If you get into someone's email (this is the part that's still somewhat unclear – how did they get access to his email?) and release their emails that can never be defamation. Truth is an absolute defense against defamation regardless of the motive.

I just went back and read the Rowan Clean Sport response to the cease and desist. What a masterclass is telling someone you won't be bullied by legal threats. Rowan probably they could get their in house counsel to write a scary sounding letter and that would be the end of it. Way to call their bluff. I guess that's the tactic in New Jersey. Seth's family has been threatening to sue people since November.

And I’m not confident that accessing an email account that was logged into your personal computer would be considered illegal.

Rowan was getting belted when it was the Atlantic and wanted their team to have a better chance so they convinced the NCAA to split up the region into 2-3 different ones?
All this talk about the Rowan coaches not giving AF about someone who is doping coming on so they can win a trophy made me think of that. These guys don't give AF and will do what they need to so they can have a chance at any sort of hardware.
no. i've read versions of this complaint here and they are ludicrous and untrue. you can say what you want about coach dimit in the context of the clevenger situation, but i've been reading for years that he hoodwinked the ncaa into creating an easy region for his own benefit and that is not true.
the coaches association had already been trying for years to break into 9 regions from 8, but ncaa shot them down. then they started doing it in other sports, so the ncaa came back with a 10-region idea. the coaches passed it at the convention and the regions were drawn to keep the sizes reasonable. coach dimit was on a committee of coaches from all over the country that drew the boundaries. remember, at that time, three of the regions then had 60-70 schools and hardly anyone had a course that handle the field sizes. it was becoming a problem that so few schools were able to host regionals.
and for anyone who thinks dimit or rowan did anything with regional realignment to escape nyu...look at meet results back then. in the last year of the old atlantic region, nyu sucked. no one was worried about them. they hadn't been good in awhile and you would have WANTED them in your region. they got separated out because of numbers.
so what i'm saying...if you want to criticize rowan/dimit over clevinger, go for it. but keep the criticism fair, and not about things (supposed "gerrymandering") that are irrelevant to the situation and also very untrue.

My workplace has shared computers and Gmail accounts for all employees. On almost a daily basis I will sit down at a computer and find that the previous users email inbox is still open. Unless you manually log out, it seems that those Gmail inboxes can stay open for hours.
Just caught up on this thread and, from experience, these multiple burner posts are likely from one of the Rowan coaches.
I criticized the AW/Huntington situation years ago on Twitter and the coach followed me on Twitter and Instagram within an hour and her thread had the SAME thing going on with burner defense posts.
We may soon lock this thread if it is just a few people posting back and forth to one another. Threads are not meant for 2 people to insult one another
