Didn't read this whole thread so sorry of it was covered but are there no transfer rules at all?

Amber Anning just changing teams like you change socks? Same conference no less, right? Doesn't this make the team scoring meaningless at some point?

Bosley and Young lead 5k thru 3000 in 8:14, 10+ guys still in the mix.

Strange race, pushed the first 3k and then slowed down, now surging back and forth again

Great run by Jacobs. He just looked better than everyone else.

Bosley needs to learn how to race. He's not used to competing for the win at this level. Not sure what he was doing. Probably wouldn't have mattered. But he pushed the pace the final mile, the backed off, then went hard to try and hold the lead with like 600 to go? Just a lot of wasted energy. At one point I thought he was going to win it easily, but in hindsight he just wasted energy that Jacobs didn't.

Great race by Bosley and Jacobs. Yeah the pace seemed pretty honest. Much faster (relatively speaking) than the women's jogfest
