I'm skeptical of all women who allege rape and assault many years/decades later, but usually the accused takes the stand and refutes and denies it ever happened. Or at least shows up for the trial. That didn't happen in Trump's sexual assault trial and the biggest evidence of his guilt was the empty chair next to his lawyer.

FYI, that "minimum custodial sentence of five years" may be mentioned by outlets such as Newsweek, and I've even seen some high-profile lawyers make that point. I've seen other high-profile, experienced lawyers counter that sentencing doesn't actually work like that in Georgia (one touted her own experience in Georgia and in federal cases as the basis for her credibility on this). I'm not sure what the correct answer is.
Here is just ONE of the things he did. Taken in conjunction with calls to election officials to pressure them to find votes and the false elector conspiracy scheme it is crystal clear that this is criminal activity. It is not much different from someone going to a polling station and attempting to hack the machines to throw out votes for a candidate they don't like. Also bear in mind that the someone in this case is the POTUS who wields tremendous power and ability to influence:
