Great race by Neil. I expected Jourdon to be more in it with his sub 4 1600 speed

he went 8:38, Kaden Evans wen 8:46, and of course Simmons. Sure, supershoes and spikes, but Coach Mostert at AF has been turning out great athletes for a decade plus

that had to be the most stacked 3200 race ever right in terms of times. I think everyone except for one person went under 9

Been watching Nathan Neil run in Montana all year. He's incredible. 3rd at NXN. I thought he had it, but no shame in losing to Simmons. 1600 splits were 425 - 410 !!

Imagine running 8:41 and getting 14th place

i remember when sub 9 was the standard to running at a top d1. That might have to be lowered to 8:50 now

the NXN champ ran 8:40 and got 7th.....
