I would assume so, I think beating guys who have qualified as well as running quick (which none of the regionals did) would help guys vying for NXN spots.

Plainfield South would be a good selection. They have a strong program and great runners. @ Chandre look at the entire body work. Plainfield North took first at regionals/sectionals and second at state.

Colorado does not belong in the south or heartland region. CO and Utah are a pair and should stay a pair. New York needs to merge with NE and two more at-larges should be given to the field.

For footlocker regionals Colorado is not grouped with Utah. They are part of the midwest. It might make sense to move Colorado to the Heartland region.
