Bold claims in today’s video. Says he is happy with bad injury as it allows him to do a complete rebuild. Says he gets tired when training and racing to win at the highest levels (video of Detroit half marathon showing in background). Warns us to expect big changes in March/April 2023.

Sadly, it’s unfortunate that Seth will not break the injury cycle without accountability (coach, training group, anything outside his current bubble). He is destined to repeat the same mistakes, especially now that he is in his mid 30s. Honestly want to help Seth, so mods please don’t delete.

Had a completely innocuous post removed. Made a joke that DGR should offer to clean Seth’s house if they’re really DGR Strong. No personal attack on anyone. No mention of Seth’s family.

Seth is banning and deleting comments at an unseen speed now. I think he might just spend all day policing the youtube comments. At this point, he has decided he only wants to hear things that are praising him and his channel. r.

It's funny cuz just a couple weeks ago he actually responded to a bunch of critical comments and even liked / pinned an obvious troll one for a while. Like to say "this doesn't bother me" kind of thing. Obviously that lasted for only like 48 hours till his thin skin was back deleting everything.

Has Seth ever had significant down time before? I seriously wonder if he is struggling with mental health at this point. Especially when his livelihood (to some extent) depends on me running. Not gonna lie, in that place, I'd have a hard time not reacting to YouTube comments picking on me.

I am not meaning this in a "Seth is reading and I'm trolling him" way, I'm actually trying to discuss this.
