Running must really help with this Vloger's ADHD. Since he's been forced to stop running the rambling in his videos from shiny object to shiny object to shiny object makes his dialogue almost impossible to decipher.
I know you're just joking, but I really wonder if most people with actual ADHD would be able to upload a blog every single morning without fail. I couldn't imagine doing that myself without meds. I think seth is just simple and uncurious, and when you add the extra layer of his performative vlog persona, this seems like adhd. But really I think it's just that he's a simple person speaking extemporaneously.

IDK though. He pretty much always went out too fast.. he's was unable to control himself in races. Has a hard time it appears focusing doing any kind of repeat intervals. That would point to ADHD

Unsurprisingly, its the extremely shallow thinker that he sees himself as some renaissance man exploring the world with a wide breadth of knowledge.
I know this is gatekeep-y, but it's just a red flag to me when someone talks about bodies of knowledge like Seth does. It reminds me of the facebook meme about sapiosexuality. It's just this superficial "omg I love science u guys I'm such a nerdddddd". No you are not, if you were a nerd, you wouldn't feel the need to prove it. You'd be rambling about your topic of interest. Seth exclusively talks about liking knowledge, but he never shares the fruits of his engagement with sources of knowledge.

Not trying to make fun of Seth with the ADHD comment. I just assumed he has it. He's always doing multiple things in his videos (running technical trails while filming while talking while operating drones; driving while filming while talking while eating while flying drones; jumping from subject to subject while filming while taking shoe measurements, etc.).
I know this is a seth roasting thread, but I think you should engage with the actual features of ADHD if you're wanting to diagnose people from afar. This is wildly simplistic, and kind of ignores things about the actual experience of ADHD that would contradict your reasoning.
Some fellow YTers are running UTMB and not a word of good luck or encouragement from the little man. He should be all over it with all his downtime. So much for the community spirit.
So many weird DGR simps in the comments just rushing to tell Seth whether they prefer cake or pie without acknowledging anything else about the video lmao.
The whole "question of the day" schtick is such a transparent gimmick to artificially boost engagement and these people buy into it so easily. It's the only thing keeping his comments section from being a total ghost town, especially given he's now deleting anything negative/critical and shadow banning people.
Does Seth even eat cake or pie? Seems like it's just eggs(used to be Bobo Bars), salad, chicken, nuts, and coffee.
I think I've figured it out. Seth got a huge PPP payout during the pandemic, claiming "church" whatever. This is how a low-level YouTuber and stay-at-home partner afford the McMansion, kids, travel, shoes, etc.
You got my gears turning. The one claim that Seth might be able to back up, is the professor of youtube thing. Ok he's no genius there, but he at least seems to have some knowledge.
...but he can't transparently discuss his youtube techniques with his viewers. He would be popping the bubble of illusion if he transparently disclosed that the question of the day is a cynical ploy to drive engagemen, that he is pretty deftly manipulating the algorithm and their own brains by getting them to comment.
Like what if he told the commenters that their main role in his scheme is to 1) be converted to paying subscribers and 2) to boost his videos' visibility so he can recruit more people into his funnel. He probably has a fair amount of disdain for his followers, given how fake all his interactions seem. It really seems like he views them as an economic resource 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

How dare you, this was all an investment in the future of his channel! He needed that loan! Look at how successful he is now! It all paid off!
It's a good thing our government gave it to him, and it's an even better thing it was forgiven.
God Bless America!

I have this theory that Seth actually has a bitter, jealous dislike of Sage and tries to avoid bringing him up. They both get compared a lot due to a few similarities, but Sage is the more accomplished of the two (better running resume, and has a larger youtube channel). Sage is in Chamonix at this very moment getting ready for UTMB.
To all those saying he should talk about UTMB .... That would be a terrible thing to do
Well in a normal world it would be the sensical thing to do but I bet he literally knows nothing about any of the competitors so anything he says would just be a mindless rambling. This is obviously nothing different than any other blog but the problem with rambling about UTMB is that the results at the end of the day are actually factual rather than shoe reviews which are subjective
We also all know there is on way he is going to be doing any research on his own!!
Side note - I remember actually still watching some videos last year this time on UTMB where he was meant to go back this year with a film crew .. Was that ever mentioned again?
He went to UTMB to film last year and created several videos with repeated content, but with zero actual context or intelligence about the races or the racers. It was so self-indulgent.
