#2 Back at you, when has the WCAP recruited anyone other than ... "as you put" -- Kenyan Americans. Based on demonstrated performance, WCAP's recruiting model is fairly clear as I've discussed earlier .... convert as many NCAA Kenyan All-American graduates as you can during the pre-OT/WC build-up & pounce.
#3 WCAP Track Team: their certainly would be a team ... you'd simply lower your standards to OT qualifying levels that incentivize non-Rift Valley born soldiers to take a chance -- that 2 years out to develop that they have an opportunity to qualify & excel. The current "Rift Valley Model" is standards in reach of current Kenyan All-Americans & then give them 2 years + citizenship to get even better --- most w/o 1 freaking day in the Operating Forces. Bunch of Fakes!
#4 No doubt w/the Long War -- difficult to develop talent like Dan Browne, Shawn Found, Ron Harris, Brett Hyde. That said, you quit on the normal soldier/officer; now you simply recruit around it by forming a non-combatant WCAP Kenyan Legion.
#2: WCAP has been around a long time. Shawn Found wasn't Kenyan. Kenyan Americans have only been on the team over the last few years.

- You are correct .... Shawn Found is the type soldier that I'm confident that the WCAP model was designed to support and indeed he is not Kenyan. Finding time away from the Operating Forces for real soldiers that happened to be outstanding athletes to pursue their athletic talents. Much contrary to what we're seeing today w/a Major Browne led WCAP -- the deliberate exploitation of existing immigration laws, 3D world NCAA collegiate athletes & US Army Opertating Forces. No doubt, with respect to the latter, that Rift Valley Foreign Legion soldier will likely serve in line units. That's not why they were recruited .... they were recruited to exploit the OTs to provide WCAP some type of false-recognition for athletic achievement versus what the organiztion's core competence should be: soldiering!
- You are correct .... WCAP has been around for a significant period; however, as posted earlier -- it only began it's nefarious Rift Valley Foreign Legion efforts in preparation for the 2012 Olympics ... Major Browne's last ones. Thererfore, their program's success deserves scrutiny and as you can tell, I'm happy to oblige.
- The US Army's lost their way on this one!
