and on that same boat, Marijuana/THC shouldn’t be banned; it’s outdated and the only benefit someone would get from it is reduction in anxiety but also has more negative effects than the one positive. According to your logic Beta-Alanine/Caffeine should be banned too since it does the opposite of what THC does

I'd encourage everyone to write letters – yes, physical letters – to the members of the Rowan Board of Trustees. It's clear that AD Tucker isn't taking this seriously, so we need to go further up the chain. Here are some addresses I found. It could be Seth trying to keep his epo micro-dosing timing optimal in case someone would actually do something like test him with applicable testing methods. Its also possible that now nationals is over he's gone into an hct build cycle with epo before outdoor and needs to be more careful of his dosing times.

I merely pointed out how ridiculous some of you are for going on and on about a runner who has not been banned while supporting runners who were found guilty of breaking rules and being banned. You don't get to break rules that you disagree with. That makes you a cheater. And you support cheaters by claiming that the rule breaking is okay because the rule should not exist.

Thanks for this. I was actually looking for emails address for the Board yesterday but couldn't find anything. I will write respectful letters to all of these individuals and inform them of the scandal in which Rowan is currently involved, as I'm sure most of them are yet unaware of the situation. I encourage everyone else to do the same.
