All the small q’s have been removed from the women’s steeplechase results on the live site, and Allie O’s name is highlighted yellow… maybe she was disqualified or received a warning?
Highlighted yellow means they are the last small q qualifier.

Haven't been following closely, but what happened to Coburn and Frerichs? I thought Coburn was recovered from her injury and Frerichs had already raced this year.

It's still active but the 10ks aren't for an hour (women's at 6:54pm PDT, 1:04 from now) or two (men's at 8:08pm PDT, 2:18 from now). They are definitely talking as if they're going to air them.
They talked about them, Rojo's buddy Bill Spaulding will be taking over for Swangard on the call (Will Leer will remain).
