We are taking Greenland one way or the other

What Trump fails to mention is that a pact that was agreed upon in 1951 pretty much gives the US unfettered access to Greenland. The US can build all of the military bases and installations that it wants to on Greenland. Therefore, that pact invalidates the argument that the US "needs Greenland." Everyone knows why he really wants the island - minerals and natural resources. If Trump and his sheeple believe that Russia or China will get the island, that does not show a lot of faith in our military.

Conservatives: disagreeing with an agenda your side promotes doesn’t make you a liberal.

There doesn't seem to be a world leader(ruler)these days who has the intelligence to manipulate nationalistic advantage solely by non military methology. Fair trade should be the only competitive inter-nation association based on resource based comparative advantage. And those countries possessing a dearth of resources should be given some kind of handicap allowance to maintain participation in the world trade process. Military behavior is the biggest waste of resources in human history, but its disappearance is obviously beyond human capability. Good thing there are no aliens watching; their laughter at us would be earthshaking.
